Kunagi sai samasuguseid "katseid" tehtud Soild Edge-ga. Ja mitte ainult võllid, vaid ka näiteks kast, kuhu projekteerisid plekist kaane. Visualiseerisid kaane käima hingedel, määrasid jõud ja visuaalselt (värviliselt) näitas, kus olid kriitilised kohad. Koheselt sai lisatud mõni tugevdus tala või mõnikord piisas ka tugevdusvoldi tegemisest ja asi klaar. jne jne. Ilmselt on selliseid programme palju.
