M: Tomcat 100" 200TDi (Location: England)

This belongs to a good friend of mine, it is one of the best built Tomcats. It is fully legal on the road and properly registered as a Tomcat 100. I thought this may be interesting to some people here as I know it can be hard to build & register cars in some places.
