No, it will not. Since the D44 in Grand Cherokee is aluminium it is kind a special locker and rare to find. No other locker will fit GC D44.
D44 locker for Grand Cherokee 1996 is around 730EUR and delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Direct delivery from Dana-Spicer factory.
