4800 Patrol Downspec

Leidsin selle Patroli maillistist. Et siis ühesõnaga on need saastanõuded hoobi pannud ka Patroli võimsusele (4.8L R6 bens). Ja nagu näha, siis nende kärpimistega valmistatakse ehk ka Patroli fänne ette 2007 aastal tuleva uue mudeliga...mis ei pruugi olla enam talasildadega ja on ka muidu kerelt väiksem kui praegune. Crap 
New 4800 Patrol Downspec
Today started so well as I picked up a brand new replacement $400 IPod after the kids dropped the Xmas present and everybody in the complaint chain had said that Apple does not change Ipods under any cicumstances.
But then I opened the new 4wd monthly and there it was, the usual double page Patrol add.
Readers of this forum would no that I have long argued that the 4800 Patrol is the peak of 4wd evolution.
But instantly I noticed that the "Mighty Patrol" has 180kw and 400nm of torque.
Hold on, its supposed to be 185kw and 420nm!
Few minutes later I'm at the local dealers who began by telling me how good the car is and gave me a brouchure stating 185kw.
With the magazine add in my hand I had them in a corner, and after some embrassing minutes and phone calls the salesman said.
I am sorry to confirm that because of the new euro 3 emissions laws this and most others cars have been downspecked and its true the 4800 now has 180kw only and 400nm.
Whats worse, he said he believes the manual is not available any more , and to completely floor me he said that the sub-tank has been dropped (this last point not confirmed)
Sitting across the table from the salesman I said.
Tell me again why I should upgrade to a new 4800?
