hello everibody!!
I'm from Italy and i have a question for you... can you help me?!

a representative of my town will come in estonia for 18 to 25 august 2008 for a partnership meeting with Keila town..
we'll go with an hot air ballon to partecipate at a race in Tartu and Keila.
some members of our 4x4 club would to accompany the 'expedition' with their trucks...
is it possible to meet with other people, in that period, and try to organise a little meeting, a race, or give us some tricks on routes or place to visit and laws informations?!?!?

Treppoja isnt good idea (remember Landy, recovery vacation).

Nearby Keila is military field but there is bog (w/o winching points but with "road" in map) with inflammable peat and in August driving there isnt good idea. Its depend on weather...

I have to ask following questions:
1.What kind of trip do you like to participate?
1.1.Sightseeing (cruisin with 4x4 cars with road tyres an without special off-road equipment)
1.2.Softroad (4x4 cars at least equiped with AT -tyres and ropes)
1.3.Offroad (4x4 cars with MT-tyres, winches and other off-road equipment)
1.4.Heavy off-road(modyfied 4x4 cars with big-(33" and up) MT tyres, diff-locks, winches, snorekels, etc.)

2.Should it be one day trip or longer joureny

3. Would you like to meet local offroaders only on forest or chat later in suna or bar?

well, we'll coming with 2 car, and circa 10 people from 4x4 club.There are 2 delegation, the first will stay from 20 to 22 in Voru and 22-26 in Keila-Tallinn. the other one will stay from 19 to 25 in Keila and Tallinn, (but they aren't with 4x4cars). we would like to meet local offroaders and enjoy with them in forest and in bar

There will be, also, a Director from Italian 4x4Federation that would discuss with the Estonian 4x4 Federation about the membership of the new European Federation. Is it possible to meet a representative director of Estonian federation in these days?!
